We are confident you will fall in love with our service. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, please contact us to initiate a return of your item within 7 days of the delivery date and you will receive a full refund less a 15% restocking fee. All returned items are inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition not in original purchased condition cannot be refunded. Customers are liable for return shipping fees and insurance. We must insist upon insuring the package upon return. This provides you with protection for returns that may be lost during return shipment. Layaway deposits excluded.
